I’m Michael Delasi Tika, the proud Founder and CEO of Efiedwam Real Estate Company Limited. My journey into the world of real estate was anything but ordinary. It began with a dual role, where I wore the hats of both an IT professional and a Junior Property Consultant. In just two short years, I climbed the ranks to become a Senior Property Consultant in a prestigious brokerage firm.
During this incredible journey, the possibilities of fusing my IT expertise with the art of real estate advertising became crystal clear and endlessly exciting. The constant challenge to push the boundaries of creativity and innovation eventually gave birth to Efiedwam.
